We are a team of restoration industry professionals who got tired of the bottleneck that estimate writing creates for contractors. So we built the service and platform we wished existed.
Our Story
Level Up Estimates was founded by restoration contractors who lived the same frustration you deal with every day: jobs stacking up, estimates falling behind, and no reliable way to outsource the work without losing quality or control.
We spent years writing our own Xactimate estimates in the field, at the office, and on weekends. We learned what adjusters look for, what line items get missed, and what separates an estimate that gets approved from one that gets sent back.
Then we built Level Up Estimates to give every restoration contractor access to that level of expertise. Our platform handles the intake, documentation, communication, and delivery so that you can focus on what you do best: restoring properties and serving your customers.

Expert-level Xactimate proficiency including complex commercial estimating and custom reporting.
IICRC Trained
Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification training in water damage restoration and applied structural drying.
