When you submit a job, we collect information related to the insurance claim including the insured's name and address, claim number, loss type, scope details, and any notes or instructions you provide. This information is used solely to produce your estimate.
Uploaded Documents
We store the files you upload to the platform, including photos, scope sheets, moisture maps, ESX files, and other supporting documents. These files are associated with specific jobs and are accessible only to authorized users on your account and our production team.
Payment Information
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number on our servers. Stripe collects and processes your payment information in accordance with their own privacy policy. We retain transaction records including amount, date, and last four digits of the card.
Usage Information
We automatically collect certain information when you use the Service, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages visited, and timestamps. This data helps us maintain, improve, and secure the platform.
